Dental surgeries conjure up clear associations. Dr. med. dent. Felix F. Zaritzki’s stated goal was to play with this image and not to fulfil conventional expectations, but rather to surprise his patients.

He found the perfect partner for this vision in designer Alexander Stütz. This passion for design and creative collaboration is evident as soon as you enter the practice. The carefully selected reading material, African art and blazing fire are more reminiscent of a well-travelled gentleman’s drawing room. In the private waiting room adjacent to the main treatment room you can relax on velvet velour seats surrounded by an exceptional art collection.

The design concept is defined by contrasts. Warm woods meet metallic surfaces, matt and polished textures contrast with one another and silver comes together with gold and copper. Refined fabric covers and wallpapers, Bisazza mosaics and custom-made wood panelling, as well as the South American walnut parquet and mid-century antiques gathered from all over the world conceal the amount of technical finesse that has been skilfully blended into the background.
