COMPREHENSIVE, NOT GO
Invisalign® is not simply Invisalign®. Go is a simplified version for slight corrections to the front teeth, with few aligners and limited scope. But every tooth movement changes the bite. If the bite is not planned with it, what stands straight at the front no longer meets at the back. Comprehensive plans the movement and the bite as one: every tooth, every axis, the whole interplay. That is why Zaritzki Fine Dentistry works exclusively with it. We leave neither aesthetics nor medical function to chance.

Before a single tooth moves, it is settled how the smile should act in the face, and the position of the teeth follows from that. ONLY BY A DENTIST
Placing and removing attachments, where they are needed at all, every fine adjustment, every check: here exclusively by licensed dentists, under magnification and with reliable photographic documentation. An attachment removed carelessly leaves marks in the enamel, and they stay. What can change a tooth permanently belongs in a dentist's hands. We do not delegate this step.

How a Zaritzki Invisalign® Comprehensive treatment works

1. Appointment: diagnostics and consultation
  • The first appointment is for a comprehensive analysis of your dental health and of what you want aesthetically.
  • High-resolution photographs and video analyze tooth structure, function, aesthetics and speech, so that specific corrections, a lisp for example, can be built into the treatment where needed.
  • A precise 3D scan provides the data for planning your aligner set.
2. Strategic planning and design
  • Before the treatment begins we show you in the Real Face Preview how your future smile can look.
  • Personal 3D planning by Dr Zaritzki: for a result excellent in aesthetics and in function, matched to your arches, to optimal interdigitation and to an ideal jaw position.
  • Where wanted, further elements can be integrated, such as highly individual veneers.
3. Wearing the aligners

Your aligner set is made to measure so precisely that each aligner is worn for only a few days, according to your treatment plan, and the teeth glide step by step into the planned position.

4. Follow-ups 

You have exclusive care here, with regular review appointments. The purpose of the follow-ups is to make adjustments in good time where they are needed, and to keep the wearing time to your desired result as short as possible. Should additional aligner sets become necessary, they are included in your Comprehensive package as a matter of course. The therapy is complete when you are entirely delighted with the result.

5. Securing the result

After completion we recommend combined retention (fixed or removable retainers), to stabilize the result permanently.

FAQ – Your questions about Zaritzki Invisalign®

What functional advantages does straightening the teeth bring?

Because crooked or overlapping teeth are hard to clean, straightening them reduces the risk of decay and gum disease. In some cases it also improves speech. A bite that is not ideal, by contrast, can lead to muscular tension, postural damage and premature wear of the teeth.

What aesthetic advantages does straightening the teeth bring?

Every aesthetic improvement aims not only to beautify the individual tooth but to make the aesthetics of the whole face, and the symmetry of your appearance, more harmonious. That is why features such as the line of your lips or the width of your nose enter our aesthetic planning.

Why is it important to close gaps between teeth?

Gaps can bring further misalignment with them, place excessive strain on the jaw joint, encourage gum disease and lead to functional disorders of the jaw joint (TMJ).

How long does Invisalign® treatment take?

Depending on the starting situation, the therapy takes four to 24 months; first results are visible after three.

How long does the straightening last?

With good retention, the result stays stable.

What does Invisalign® treatment cost?

Our Invisalign® Comprehensive package starts at 8,000 euros. Where there is a medical indication, private health insurers can cover the cost, depending on the policy. After a first appointment we prepare a transparent cost estimate.

From what age can aligners be worn?

We treat children and adolescents successfully with Invisalign Comprehensive, as well as adults.

How do I care for my aligners?

The aligners should be cleaned regularly, ideally daily, and changed according to the treatment plan we prepare for you.

Is the therapy painful?

Wearing the aligners is as a rule free of functional discomfort and of pain.

What advantages do aligners have over fixed braces?

The greatest advantages of clear aligners over fixed braces are visual discretion, comfort and quality of life, since they can be taken out at any time, for eating, for example. Fixed braces, by contrast, are highly visible, can cause pain and sores in the mouth, make cleaning the teeth more difficult, and are often felt as a disturbing foreign body.
