At Zaritzki Fine Dentistry, dentistry does not begin in the treatment chair. It begins the second the door opens. You are expected. As a guest, not as a patient. Nothing is left to chance, from your arrival to the result.
Before you come
We want to know you. Who brings you to us. What you wish for. What you need.
From that comes your first appointment, with the clinician who suits you. At Kurfürstendamm or at Gendarmenmarkt. You choose. WhatsApp, telephone, email: however you prefer. Whenever you need us. If you are travelling from abroad, we arrange the hotel and the transfer.
You arrive
The door opens without your ringing. You are greeted by name without introducing yourself. Discreet music. A scent that carries the house. Your drink in porcelain or crystal. On a tablet you choose what you would like to watch during the treatment.
You have arrived.
The first appointment
We listen. We see the whole picture. A clinical examination under loupes with LED light. Digital 3D diagnostics, at low radiation. An analysis of your bite, your jaw joints, the way you speak. A photographic analysis, and video where it helps. All of it in the context of your face.
No assumptions. Only facts. This first appointment takes longer than you are used to. We do it once. And we do it right. Our creed: miss nothing, over-treat nothing.
During the treatment
Noise-cancelling headphones. Your series or your film on a screen in the ceiling. Language, subtitles, volume: we set your preferences before we treat.
You choose what you want to watch. We know what we have to do.
