Dental check-up: intraoral 3D scanner and digital jaw model on a tablet

Zaritzki Check-up

A dental check is often a brief look and a quick assessment. But most problems do not begin suddenly. Decay, inflammation, receding gums, a restoration starting to fail: they develop quietly, and slowly. Wait until something hurts or breaks, and the treatment is almost always more invasive. Act on too little information, and you risk treating the wrong thing altogether. The Zaritzki Check-up is holistic by design. Teeth, gums, the lining of the mouth, bite, jaw joints, the work already in your mouth and your individual health factors are read together, as one medical picture. Only a complete picture allows us to plan strategically, to treat with the least possible intervention, and to predict results more reliably.

The Zaritzki Difference

PHILOSOPHY
At Zaritzki, prevention means overlooking nothing that matters, and over-treating nothing. We do not look at your teeth in isolation, but in the context of your overall well-being. Every decision rests on data rather than assumption. We act before symptoms appear.

DIAGNOSTICS
Our diagnostics combine clinical experience with modern technology. 3D scans, cone beam CT (CBCT) and high-resolution photography produce a complete and objective record of your oral health, in which even the finest changes are visible early. The result is certainty that can be measured.

DENTAL HEALTH REPORT
Every check-up ends with your personal Dental Health Report by Zaritzki Fine Dentistry: a curated visual account of where your health stands, with professional images, findings and the facts that matter. It is transparent, it is easy to follow, and it is beautifully made. And it gives you clear direction for the years ahead.

How a Zaritzki Check-up works

1. Your history

A detailed account of your general health and your dental history.

2. Clinical examination
  • The whole mouth examined under loupes and LED light
  • Early detection of tissue changes in the lining of the mouth, the tongue and the gums
3. Periodontal analysis
  • Gingival Index, to assess inflammation of the gums
  • Periodontal Screening Index (PSI), to detect gum disease
  • Full periodontal charting, measuring pocket depth and bone loss
  •  Together these allow periodontitis to be diagnosed early and treated precisely.
4. Function and jaw joints

We record how you bite, how your jaw joints are loaded, and whether there are signs of grinding (bruxism) or of uneven loading that can cause damage over time.

5. Visual Diagnostics & Photography

Photographic documentation allows us to show you your teeth exactly as they are, and to follow them over time.

6. Digital imaging, where it is needed

2D and 3D X-rays, to assess bone structure and decay that is hidden from view.

3D scan, for a detailed analysis of tooth position and bite, particularly when aesthetic or functional treatment is being planned. Between them, these procedures capture every relevant aspect of your health precisely, and allow us to respond to any risk early.

7. Consultation and planning

From all of this, our specialists compile your personal Dental Health Report: the diagnostics, the findings, your images, and a treatment plan that covers both what should be prevented and what should be corrected.
