Severe toothache changes everything: sleep, concentration, the rhythm of the whole day. The question that follows is whether the tooth can still be saved, or whether removing it is simply the easier path. Many of our patients arrive after being advised elsewhere to have the tooth extracted. Our aim is to keep it. Your own tooth is, as a rule, the better answer: biologically, functionally and for the long term.

Under the microscope, what routine practice leaves hidden becomes visible: additional canals, fine branches, old materials, hidden infection. Only once these structures are visible can anyone judge whether a tooth can be saved. That judgement decides between keeping the tooth and losing it, and without a microscope it cannot be made.
MICROSCOPIC PRECISION
We work under the ZEISS dental microscope at 25× magnification, with low-radiation 3D diagnostics alongside. We see every canal before we treat it, because what stays invisible cannot be treated. That sight is what decides whether a tooth can be kept.
SPECIALIST ENDODONTISTS
Difficult canal anatomy, old posts, fractured instruments, extensive inflammation: cases considered hopeless elsewhere are routine here. That experience decides where standard treatment reaches its limit.
STERILE PREMIUM STANDARDS
Sterile single-use instruments, biocompatible materials and absolute isolation are the ground of every treatment. Reinfection almost always begins in a detail, and that is exactly where we allow none.
PROTECTION FROM THE FIRST MINUTE
Before the treatment proper begins, we seal the tooth tightly, so that no new bacteria enter during therapy. Whether a tooth survives is not decided at the end. It is decided from the first minute.
TIME ENOUGH FOR PRECISION
We plan generous time slots, deliberately and from the outset. No detail is sacrificed to the rhythm of the day, because precision does not arise under time pressure.

Pain on chewing, sensitivity to heat or cold, throbbing pressure, swelling in the gums: signals from inside the tooth that cannot be judged reliably without a microscope.
